If you are searching for home inspo, you've came to the right place! I've been working closely with Sara McDaniel over the past few weeks to build an online home for her Southern Cottage. She is on a journey to find a simpler life while rehabbing a broken down, 1926 Louisiana cottage.

Tell me a bit about your business and what brought you to start it in the first place?

I have a social media presence and a blog and was looking for a total revamp. Rachel, highly recommended you.

What is one lesson that you wish you knew from the beginning?

How much work this whole gig is! 🙂

What was your “AH-HA” moment that made you take the plunge into this business?

I made my first $75 in one day on Instagram back in the fall and realised the potential if I really “worked” it.

Out of all the amazing designers out there, why did you decide to work with us?

You were highly recommend by Rachel.

What was your favourite part of the design process?

Gillian, I loved every part. Even though you are across the pond, you were super easy to work with and amazingly talented. You were able to effectively bring my blog design vision to life. I love how your design remained true to my brand and theme. I am so grateful for all your hard work!
