    You have to act like you are going to work or it doesn’t work for me. Getting up and getting dressed, taking something into the office to drink while I start my day is a must for me. Take scheduled breaks. Love all your ideas.

  2. Great tips! Creating a dedicated workspace has been so helpful for me. I love the idea of setting times to check your phone. I will have to start doing that.

      Thank you, Ayanna! I find when I waste so much checking my phone or just absent-mindedly scrolling throughout the day that I lose hours of work time! So putting my phone away was huge for me!

    LOVE these tips. I’m hoping to be working from home a year from now, and this was all great advice! I love my bed. It’s going to be a struggle to stay out of it!

      Thank you so much, Amy! Oh, I know! Having your bed just a few feet away makes it so tough to stay out of but I found I was so much more productive and felt like I was actually at work when I set up an office space!

      It can definitely be a change when you first start working at home but once you get the hang of it and set up a scheudle that works for you, it’s very rewarding!
