And what about that speed! I've used MANY different website hosts in my time. Compared to cheaper hosts like Bluehost, SiteGround or HostGator, this just blew me away completely!

Customer service is great.

I love to point newbies towards WPEngine as it's so easy to use. For those with no computer or coding experience and it is always nice to have someone who knows what they are doing handle your hosting needs.

The customer service has been great, both via email and chat. They respond quickly, even when you know that they are busy with other customers! I accidentally deleted my entire blog once (not smart), and they got me back up in no time at all.
