Why your service based business needs Dubsado
I need a moment here to rave about a system I started using last January. A life changing system. A business enhancing system. A magical system filled with unicorns and rainbows *not really, but it does feel like it!* I want to take a minute to talk about my CMS system Dubsado. Let me take a moment here to admit something a little bit stupid. When I first started my business, I was invoicing through Paypal. I was also creating contracts and paper invoices and attaching them to the Paypal invoices. This meant every client on-boarded took about 20 minutes to set-up, and received an email from Paypal telling them what to pay me. *YAWN!*. This was both stupidly time consuming and almost disgustingly impersonal…
Let me take a second to walk you through my client workflow now. If someone wants to take out one of my packages, I just assign it to their contact on Dubsado. That's it! THAT IS LITERALLY IT!! I select a package, and I have an automated system in place that adds in the correct contract, the correct invoice, the payment plan with specific payment dates, sends them the correct questionnaires… Seriously, it's a game changer! It also let's me type in my own emails for Welcome Packages, Payment Reminders, Feedback Forms, you name it! And it also lets me add in my own branding and branding colours for all of the buttons, woohoo!
